It gives you 100Megs Free, 12 Gig upload, PHP4...and a whole rack of stuff. But I think it's only for UNIX users...not sure though. Check it out anyways...I hear it's really good.
Sounds like a very good plan. I'm a newbie and would love a site like that. Hope you go through with it mate, and when it's up, post again with the URL - I wouldn't mind checking it out.
