I'm on IE, and I used to get those errors alot... after a reinstall, they disappeared almost completely....
it could be something to do with your connection speed, but I'm too tired to think...
I'm on cable (australian, so not that great) but I got them most when my TCP/IP got corrupted, causing difficulty with my net connection (drastic reduction in speed, disconnections *quite a feat on cable*)
What are you on?

def not a connection speed prob - uni connection is uber-quick!!!! but could be prob with their IE version - ahhh well no biggie
