How about these:
National ID Card - Basically we already have that, its called a Drivers License

nano-computer in your skin (sorry don't have any links to info on that one)
The over use of the Social Security Number. Especially for school ID numbers.

They're trying to create a new national 'ID' card. Actually, it's more like spyware for humans.

One other item might be the adding of spychipware. This was proposed during the last US administration. It has not died and talk is that a revived "antiterrorist" chipset is being prepared to the next agenda. This would take the form of an IC on your computer, server mainboard. Just a suggestion.
