I reckon Cats have it made, they don't have to perform demeaning tasks like "Beg, Sit, Stay", heck, they don't even need to respond to what us mere humans deign to call them All of my cats have always simply been called cat, because it's pointless naming them anything else. But I dunno if this makes them intelligent or not.. but I swear I saw my cat smirk at me as I desperately tried to get it interested in the new scratching post i just purchased so that it would stop destroying our curtains...

its not that i hate cats. i mean, i love goats and deer and squriels but i don't want them living with me either
i think cats live in a demension that does not compleatly coinside with ours. when their done eating something they cover it up with matter that does not exist in our world, as they walk away they'll turn back to see if its safely hidden and if not will go back and cover it still further with this other world matter until their sure no one in thier universe can see it.
they scratch dirt off the cave wall to cover up their feces which in my world is a covered litter box.
