To clarify, I wouldn't hand a n00b a copy of Linux and Windows and tell them to go find VMWare and "have fun." I don't even want to hear anyone say "Wine," either... ROFLMAOQuote:

An hour later, they've got winblows installed flawlessly but couldn't figure out how to make the boot disk for linux (example) or they got stuck at the 'login:' or they couldn't figure out how to make tar unzip a .gz file, etc etc...

Hmmm... those soccer moms ARE indeed some of the only people who will SWEAR by AOL. Grannies too (they LOOOOVE to recieve pictures of their stinky grandchildren from their children, who at one time were also probably stinky). That, and people who have NO clue what "the power of the penguin" refers to. If more people ran Linux... that would make virus writers write more for Linux... if they knew how.
