i dont think phedophile porn should be allowed. freedom of speech you say whats stopping them from sampiling the *kiddie porn* on the net ??.they may get a taste for the real thing ?? it just isnt right to make that kinda thing legal. i personally think more phedophiles will start raping young kids because they have seen it on the net and the law has passed it saying its ok to take pictures of young children and post them on the WWW.well all phedo"s should be hung *personal opinion*

Indeed, kiddie porn is illegal, and as Negative pointed out, it is Virtual Child Porn. As twisted as the concept is, it is just as legal as Grandma and Grandpa porn. The Supreme Court is not to blame, as I'm certain that they know that minors participating in pornography is illegal. But that's just it, it's full-fledged legally aged people that participate and consent to this stuff, so it's 'legal' by definition. No matter your opinion or mine of it, morally or otherwise, will change the rule of law. Frankly, I could do without people of any age pretending to be a child while participating in **** like that, as I think it's disgusting. But the same law that allows this type of thing also allows ordinary citizens to walk right up to a cop and say, "In my opinion, occifer, you are an *******" and have it be strictly legal.
