First, you are on a security site, where "script-kiddies" or "kidiots" are not exactly welcome. we are here to discuss how to prevent people from using the internet to do less-than-keuth things. Most of the people here are what are known as white hats. we dont play games like "bombing" peoples AIM or ICQ or "making their speakers ring" (the spelling and grammar corrections are free today, I dont feel like quoting you) or anything else you are trying to do.
Second, you say you want to secure yourself against this kind of thing. heres a hint : DONT PLAY AND YOU WONT BE PLAYED WITH! If you sit there and try to nail people online, and dont know how to properly defend yourself, well then, you are in a glass house with a bucketfull of stones, and a VERY LARGE lack of forethought.
Third, its not "kewl" or "leet" or even "1337" to use scripts and crack progs. You should find something productive to do with your time. learn some of your own code. do a little research, hell maybe pick up a book about how the internet works. most of us do our "kiddie script" stage, then grow out of computers or grow into something really worth learning, and put our knowledge to good use, helping others learn ethical subjects. Sometimes we talk about ways around our own security defenses in the event of a administrator who did something rash to his own network by accident and needs a fix. but we dont scan to find random targets, crack passwords for malicious reasons, give out "serialz" etc.
Bottom line, you are on the wrong site. Go to google, type in how to hack, script kiddie, etc.
Im sure some of the older members here can point you back to where you belong.

Ok Ive tried to help you out, and Ive tried to reason with you. This site is educational. there is a prerequisite however, and that is that you are a adult. Ive been very gentle with the flames, I could be tearing you apart, but Im not. Im trying to mildly move you on to a place that will help you. If you want to learn about things like how a OS works or Why a firewall failed, and how can you make it stronger, or anything that helps secure your system, then post away. but if its how to gain unauthorized access to others, go elsewhere!
you are asking us how to block your ISP from monitoring your *ahem* activitys. Your opening post was "Ive been bombing people cuz they all suk" or something to a MUCH worse effect.
