one shocking experience i had one day...i was walking someone through an install or something over the phone...reached out to point at something on my monitor...static discharged from the screen...up my arm, through my brain and out my ear into the phone...felt like someone had jammed an ice pick in my ear...it also disconnected the call...and killed the phone...some say haven't been quite right ever since... :eek:
