IRC Rules!

Debwalin then quit hitting on me everytime you enter the room. I mean sexual harrasment is no joke and I don't want to take legal action since I'm a nice guy and all.

lol.. IRC is the only way I make it thru 8 hours of work everday

To put it in to perspective for some people, many of the women that you may "meet" online often are men masquarading as women. So the "hot/smart chick" you may be flirting with might be a bored man...

In short, treat people equally/respectfully else you might end up one day getting a surprise. (No, I'm not speaking "from experience" but as an old BBS operator who witnessed a ton of "complaints" and the like stemming from similiar situations - personally, if there's one thing dumber/funnier than someone stupid enough to "hit" on someone just because their online presence would seem to indicate them as a member of the opposite sex, it's a moron dumb enough to complain to someone else about the outcome/results when things go awry.)
