AntiPoint Rally

Everyone gets red AP from time to time, even the most senior members. I used to moan about AP all the time because the system didn't work or I was getting red APs for sensible suggestions that everyone else seemed to agree with. As soon as I stopped my AP total went up gradually from near 0 to almost 150.

APs don't mean much to me anyway, I was using AO long before the system was introduced and I am aware of who posts informative comments and who posts rubbish. Of course, the AP system is good for newbies who don't have the benefit of experience, but over time you will get used to AO and it's members and not even notice those little dots under someone's title.

I agree with str34m3r, I didn't came here for the antipoints.

As many of you have noticed, I have just banned a senior member of this site, Focmaester. I will not tolerate ANYONE abusing this site, regardlessly of how much they post. Below are some of the AntiPoint assignments that Foc had recently made.

I suggest EVERYONE learn a lesson from this. While I encourage people to assign negative AntiPoints when they feel it justified, I simply won't allow such abuse to take place.

Also, as an aside, it's not really a good idea to use all sorts of homophobic bigoted statements on a site run by queers.

I agree.. Sadly, I was a victim of it and the person really made me mad because of the fact that I was getting lots of green points and then he gives me negs for no reason. Very sad though.....
