Christina is the feminine form of Christian, so here we go with that -- from Latin 'follower of Christ'. Christ could be translated as laivino 'Annointed one', so Laivino would be the masculine. Feminine would be Laivine.

And now for Monoton:

Christoph -- I couldn't find the meaning of this name, but I'm assuming it's something like that of Christopher -- of British origin, meaning 'Christ-bearer'; Quenya Eru 'God', colmo 'bearer', to create Erucolindo. If you're picky about Christ vs. God, then Hristocolindo is a possibility.
