The line preceeding it would appear to be the spammer:

And, low and behold, a quick check reveals that 217.59.162.51 is an open relay.
ARIN's whois server, unfortunately, would appear to be on the blink right now.

Looks like spam to me, stupid spam though cause it achieves nuthing...
Maybe it's someone that dislike AOL and is spamming all AOL users with a quit message :)
