Could it be that it takes into account AP as well? I mean, JRoc has only one green, yet you've got a decent amount.... just a thought...

I don't think that's it. If you look at Netsyn with all his APs, he's still an AO Addict too.

Maybe it's how long you've been registered as well. Hmm, in that case, I should be an AO Senior Member anyway. I've been registered, for ages. Bah!

Okay, now I need JP's help. I hit 450 and Im still an AO Addict. Sorry, but I really wanna be a senior member..

As someone pointed out, NetSyn's right around 450 posts (slightly under as of this posting) and is also just "an addict." Though, however, you both contributed to JP's bail amount... perhaps that title's gotten it stuck or, perhaps, the requirements have changed.

In any case, it's just a stupid title - it'll change much faster if you just ignore it.
