But you've got to admit, if Tyson wouldn't have bitten Hollyfield he would still be the champ.

Something went seriously wrong in this fight, Tyson didn't even throw any good combos, he just stood there and got the living **** beat out of him.

TechieChick, yeah Tyson can get his dignity back but it's going to take a LONG time, after the ass beating by Lewis, I doubt anyone good would want to fight him or even promote him.

He'll get promotion but I'm just glad he got his ass handed to him on a silver platter. He's had that one coming to him for a long time.

I got a kick out of how humble he was at the end.


And finally, Lennox Lewis is pugilist specialist, I hope he dominates for long time, he deserves it.

i watched fight live, i was rootin for tyson only cuz he was american, and i was completely dissapointed with his performance. he has lost his rage and anger it seems.

I agree that he'll get some kind of promotion but it won't be anything good, he'll probably take on David Tua or another small time fighter.

Humble, Tyson was almost kissing Lewis's ass at the end of the fight, it's amazing how he went from "I'm going to eat your children" to "I respect Lewis and his mother." Rumor has it that he's going broke and needs money so I'm not too suprised but it's pretty funny watching Iron Mike, once the best boxer, thanking Lewis for kicking his ass and the pay off.

The first boxing champ that I paid attention to was Tyson, after he won the belt when he was 22(I think it was 22...maybe 23...correct me if I'm wrong). His time is over, but he persists in being a media whore and a spectacle. Nothing for nothing, but he is a convicted rapist and has proven his imbalance by f***ing biting ears off and ****. That ain't cool, no matter the context. The dude's a f**king maniac, nowadays...and no sport needs that. Maybe he should participate in a soccer(football) riot and continue to bite ears and attack people at random, 'for love of the competition'.
A round 8 knockout is more than that twisted f*** deserves. But I was overjoyed when he fell, nevertheless.:) He's just lucky that Lennox Lewis didn't kick him repeatedly in the nuts...lots of people wanted to, obviously, since the stadium had to offer 'specials' to even fill the seats. Tyson should go back to what he's good at...raping and abusing others. F**king maniac. He obviously can't compete when the fight is fair.

Vegas..aren't they like the fight capital or something? Vegas turned down millions in revenue to be generated becouse they didn't want him around.
