length of time at AO has nothing to do with seniority! Quite alot of members will have been here for a long time but will still be on 0 posts simply because they like to read and not post....it is not a requirement of this site to post a certain amount per week or whatever - there is no quota to fill.
The senior members are the ones who post often - usualy due to the quality of their posts they hava a high antipoint status.......but they don't have to have been here for any length of time...look at ntsa for a perfect example! These are the senior members of AO and it is very rarely you will see them making a post if only to say good post. You'll see short comments sometimes - but these will normally be because that is all that is needed....if someone posts a joke you don't need to follow it up by taking it apart word for word and analysing it - but then again you may not want to ignore it as you may have enjoed it - not enough to give +points for it but still enough to let the poster know that you....it is on these occasions that a simple...

So please stop bitchin about the senior members like they're some kind of Elitest Tyrannical Group - they don't own the site....they're not responsible for site policy - but what they are responsible for and what they do do is give off their own freetime....without any payment to answer questions put to them on these boards and help fellow AO'ers out! From reading the posts he made from his profile, it looks as though his dry humor in earlier posts didn't go well, as he received some negative antipoints from them. And then as you progress into his most recent posts, you can see that he was just trying to be banned.

I think all of this is childish. Who cares about points anyway?
