AMD all the way! Intel is too far behind, so it doesn´t matter if Intel gets the leed here!
If you are running a P4 without RAMBUS memory.. You are cheating yourself... True.. it might be a little pricier.. but my 1.8GHZ P4(boosted to a 2.1 through up'ing the voltage...gotta love ASUS)... with 512MB of PC800 RAMBUS memory smokes...
The problem with most P4 systems is people use cheap memory... Intel should have worked it out better so the RAMBUS memory was cheaper and stuck with purely using RAMBUS... The P4s would be considered better performing if that were the case..
