looking back on 9/11

Looking back at 9/11/01? You won't have to use mental images much longer, just wait. We will have the events plastered all over television for the whole day, as long as events going on everywhere. I was warned if I don't get to class early enough, I may have to park, and take a bus. Okay, well I know everyone is really showing how patriotic they are, but I am more feeling how the government has locked us down, and now because everyone is scared they don't give it a second thought. I'm really not looking forward to 9/11/02....

I my self feel September 11 has caused more hate and fear than any thing else. How has it caused us to come together when people are getting killed for wearing turbans? People from Arab descent are afraid to tell other people where they are from because people now associate any one having any thing to do with Arabs terrorism. Even people that are not from Arab descent are getting killed because “they looked Arab”. None of these wars are helping either. We keep on telling people “Arab and Muslim people are not bad” and yet we can’t wait to go to war with Iraq again.
