LOL powerpoint5000 good point, humm must have been a busy person finding all these honeypots wait wait a busybee :) I love flower fields, fact is hackers are more or less an OOPS made an error now how did I get to here on this site. Hackers do not look to break into anything they just find broken stuff on their own, and in some cases call the owner to tell them a Window pane is broken...again :(

I think what we/they are trying to say, if I may, is of what credability do your or of where this information comes from does it pertain to? In my unbias opinion, I would have to agree that the words that have been written would equal the chicken and the sky falling thing :P

Just a random thought here, that is an awful large swath of the internet there man...pick enough address space and the law of averages might work out and there just might be a honey pot out there ... duh.
You have only picked roughly 9 class a's (16777215 * 9) = 150,994,935
71 class b's (71 * 65535) = 4,652,985
or 155,647,920 addresses...what do ya think are the chances that 1 out of those is a honeypot ;)
Could you please provide a reference or a solid reason why you think those addresses are monitored by the FBI?

Without any evidence, your ip list doesn't have any value. You could have for aim to frightened people on forums in order to make them to block those ips by their firewalls (a constant in security is to be paranoid) or to propagate a stupid hoax.
It's why we want explications, evidence or links.
