I'm glad they got them, Euclid, and that no innocent people were hurt. I'm lucky. I live way out in the country and there's nothing around here anybody would ever want. When something happens close to home, especially if they were an operating cell, you begin to realize how vulnerable you, your family, and your friends really are. What if they hadn't caught them? What did they have planned? Was Buffalo planned as the next World Trade Center? Who knows?
Also are there others. They called it a cell and they got 5 people. I would think a cell would be more than 5 people. Maybe not though. They had a big news cast, Im sure all over the country but it wasnt really anything. They basicly just said we know stuff and were just here to let you know that we know but were not going to let you know so stop asking the questions that we say were not going to answer.
Most cells are small. The less involved, the less chance of being caught. If the Feds hang around for long, you can pretty much judge whether they think there are more. Knocking out a power generating station there would impact a huge area and number of people. Don't be surprised if there are others in the region.

If you had someone in your back yard throwing rocks at you and your family you’d simply put a stop to it.
Now if the rock thrower was in your neighbors back yard. you approached your neighbor to have him put a stop to it or allow you into the yard to do it yourself, his response is I don’t believe you, you have no proof. Meanwhile this dude is still standing in the neighbors yard, for all to see, throwing rocks. Your son is unconscious on the ground your daughter is bleeding under the picnic table, where shes hiding with your wife who’s screaming.
Your neighbor is now, standing there blocking you from getting to this insane rock thrower, and calling you a liar. Now I don’t know what you would do. But I would beat the **** out of him and anyone else who stood in my way to get at the son of a bitch throwing the rocks, to protect my own. i don't care what reasons he thinks he has.
Now I agree that the us government has no right to interfere in the politics of other nations. however, The us did not invent this situation. Its was started by the un. If the rest of the countries involved pulled their own weight in the un financially, the us would not be the primary supporter of isreal as well as everthing else the un does. It’s my opinion that as far as the un goes the us should just say no. we don’t need them.
As long as there are countries supporting and protecting groups that are planning to kill me and mine I support anything necessary to stop them.
tedob, I couldn't have said it better. I've been saying for years that the UN is a joke and we should rid ourselves of it. It's nothing more than another name for the League of Nations, another failure. The United Nations has the ridiculous notion that it can be a world government. Without us, the UN would collapse. I think that would be best for all, and much cheaper for us. NYC needs the space for another parking lot. I can't think of a better way to make use of that property.
NYC would be less of a paking lot without the UN. those bastards, sorry diplomats, park their cars anywhere they feel like it including the middle of the street. and up until bloomberg changed the law, the police were powerless to stop them because of their plates. the un wants to disarm the private sector and abolish private property. let them do it elsewhere.
I just saw the buffalo news and there is a crazy article on these 5 people. They say the cell was a sleeper cell and that some of these 5 men met usama bin laden ( i know i trashed the spelling) personally at a training camp for the acts of 9/11 and they said he was very insperational. Crazy times

tedob, the UN has been sticking its nose into everything for years. I recall a few years ago, some genius from the UN sent a letter to the State of Alabama. It had something to do with their schools. Alabama sent them a letter back advising them that they'd be better off focusing their attention on some of the other problems facing the World.
As for disarming us and abolishing private property, that's been on their plate for many years. It's still on their agenda. Communism didn't die with the Soviet Union. It just moved to the UN Headquarters in NYC.

Yea the comment about him being insperational pissed me off, how the hell can you call murdering millions inspirational? Some people have a F'ed veiw on life.

Now you have to wonder how many more cells there are there and scattered across the country, just waiting for the word. I said it on another thread, maybe a couple of others, that it isn't over. They'll hit again and again. It's just a matter of time.
