The easiest is VB6
from the few people that I've talked to who have more experience than I do learning any info. security related knowledge... like for instance Damieon Stark of Sovran... I don't believe anyone gave a great importance to knowing Visual Basic _or_ Visual C++ just because it seems like M$'s cut-down version of the real thing. Am I mistaken in saying this?
I don't agree with you because many viruses have been written on Visual Basic and Visual C++.
For the record book, im not one of those kids. but i wanted to ask what do you think would be the best programming language to start with? I was thinking i might want to start with C, but there is a Visual Basic class available. I also have a ton of books on learning to write different types of programming languages at work that im allowed to use. thanks.
spark699420: I'd like your job :) hehe lucky man. I recommend C++. If you start, start from hardest but in a way best. Cause once u know C++ other languages are fairly easy at least for me. Also KissCool: Very good point. The true l33t people of the cyberWorld in my opinion go by I know I can do it, and I dont have to prove myself to no one, but myself. At least I go by that. No I am not l33t or a uber hacker just an ordinary guy, who knows how to turn on the pc. yup yup. spark: an example of terrible language is Pascal one of the worst I have dealt with yuk. So limited.
