Okay spyder32 i would be more than happy to tell you what i want on it. To start it off, i would like the first banner to have a computer being attacked and it should say, " How safe is your computer?" and then i will like enough space left out for me to store my programs. Below the first banner i would have an introduction of the site, which i will post soon so you can use it. Then after each program i will like to describe it and how it can really help keep your system safe. that is the beginning i will have more ideas soon. Thanks a lot spyder32, if any other people out there have some ideas that they think will be proper for my website plz let me here from you. I can always use some fresh brains and ideas.

I don't actually like the astalavista-design too much... Its front page is way too full. According to some research, only about 10% of surfers bother to scroll the page.
But generally about your page, you might do it well you you used either tables or css. Tables might be better, astalavista is made with them too.
