I agree with GrApHiCTrOn. Child porn is like drugs. The fact that it is illegal does not stop anything. I think these sickos get more of a thrill that it is illegal. Often it is an urge that they cannot stop, like sex additcs. I am not condoning it of course but there are phsycological factors that come into play often the person was sexually abused as a child, or some other abuse took place or how the individual was raised and in turn what morals were impressed on them. Anyways child porn is defanatly sick and should be illegal in all areas . Not just illegal but do something about it. Laws that are made that cannot be inforced make a mockery of justice.
Also alot of these places that provide child porn are IIS servers that were rooted and turned into a place for porn,
Also just wanted to share because I think that this is something that needs to be taken care of as well. Its big news out here but one of the city school teachers ( has been one here for a few years) was indited in california for being a part of a child porn ring that allegidly exploited many young children. The person was captured here in NY state (currently being a teacher and I think when he applied the things in CA were going on but he fled) and is now being returned to CA for trial. What I am getting at is there should be some way to screen these teachers, I mean comon a person being charged with child porn was teaching kids out here.

We've got it in england too. I don't know if you heard, but a care taker abducted a couple of little girls, with the 'assistance' of his girl friend, who was a temporary teacher or something.
Any way, as soon as it was found out, they locked down on screening new teachers before they started the new term (this happened just before the start of a new school year). But of cours, because of all the staff shortages in schools, the screening was made 'advisory' and was only implemented at the disgression of the school. So you can guess what happened to that.....

da'dodo side topic but was just curios . Ive been wanting to ask someone from england. I have heard that marajauana is legal in england now. Is that true? If so was it much of a fight to get it legal. Has there been a drop in crime rate ? and how do the citizens feal about this. Also I am not too familiar with your government but was this something that was voted on or was it appointed by gov reps?
Anyways I was just curious. Also if there are any canadians out there reading this. It was on the front page of the Buffalo News that it is also in the works of being legal there as well. What do you think about it?
I know its off issue but I didnt want to start a Is pot legal in your country thread so I figured I would take this oppourtuninty to ask.
