This seems to be the best i could do i definetly dont think the license plate will be readable and the person in the car look's as if he's looking to his right so you wont be able to get a full view of his face either
may i ask what this person has done ?
EDIT save the file for off line browsing and open it up with ms paint and zoom in on the face a little and you can see what way the person is looking
