Just wondering, since it's MS. HAve you tried reinstallation???
I know it's not a very good way of fixing your problem, but i've found that with MS software reinstalling it usaully fixes the problems

I Would But Like An Idiot I Lost My Installation Like An Idiot Is Their Any Way I Can Do It With Out It.
eveyone eles see what makes me think that powertoads sugesstion is worng is the fact that i still can Download from mw e-mail and through AIM
Re-boot your computer and press F8 usually then choose safe mode and dos prompt. At the dos prompt enter scanreg /restore pick a date before the problem started from the list like last month or last week. Restore the reg reboot or as said chek your internet options and security settings.
Palemoon thanks i will try that in a few min but do i have to be in safe mode or can i do it on dos in reg. mode??
