lol funny one, how could that happen.
well i see that both are wrong
the employee and his supervisor or manager.
in good companies there's always an employee to do the job, and there's someone to check up his work, then there's the manager.
i would fire all of them and get new staff, business is business.
when i lose money, only me will be loosing money , no one else !!

This reminds me of a few months ago.......
My web server was being heavily scanned and attemped to be exploited by Code Red to the point I was getting a little pi$$ed with all the alerts. So, being a nasty bastard I scanned the offending machine only to find, amongst other things, port 3389 open..... Ok, it's prolly a Win2k box with terminal services running..... So I fire up Term Services and initiate a connection - Bingo, connection accepted and there is "administrator" written right in the username - OK.... I had to see, (curiosity did kill the cat....), I entered "password" in the password field...... Well Holy Mackerel..... It let me in.... There was a limited WIN2k network visible to it so I cut out quick......
Well, thinks me, wonder who this is..... It isn't a honeypot 'cos it's just way too easy and obviously already compromised..... probably has about a million Skiddies fighting for control of the box.... So I do some digging and find the owner of the box's web site..... Well, I practically pooped my panties....<s> The owner was a computer consulting firm in Washington DC that proudly listed, amongst others, FBI, DEA, Treasury and some other govt. depts as it's customers...... So I dig some more and find the phone number of the IT person for the company and give them a call...... Remember, it is gone 10:30am DC time..... The Admin hasn't got to work yet.... I ask if there is anyome else who could help me.... Oh, no.... none of the IT staff are at work yet?????? Jeez.... Must be a nice life....<s>
So I pull the number of the ISP and call them...... Their reaction.... "You're shi++ing me!!!!" They look and see I'm right..... They promise to fix. 1 hour later the box is unavailable and the next day the password on TS has been changed.......<s>
Now that's what I call _stupidity_. 'Cos that's not even a mistake - it's plain ignorance!!!!!!
