I couldn't agree more, but I think that these days people really need to give health as high a priority as work and play. I think too often these days people start a workout program and then as soon as something conflicts, the workouts are the first thing to go. For me, I have to give workouts a higher priority than most things. As soon as you treat your workout routine as a secondary priority, it will then become so.
