You can get the gator spyware from accidently accepting 3rd party software installs while surfing the net or, more modernly, a lot of commercial software comes packaged with it. Although, in your system it seems to be pared with the Normal Bestanden software. Seems to be german so I couldn't research it successfully. Anyways, I'm confident that either of the ad remover programs listed above will kill the registry string and eliminate any remnance of the software. (ad-aware is also free for download in standard version)

Note: If this computer is used by other people you may want to check the IE History, when I searched for "Normal Bestanden" in search engine I found a few German porn references.
