now I can capture NTLM v2 hashes, but I don't know with which program you can crack them.
L0pht doesn't cracks them.
cain & abel claims it can crack them, but you can't import the hashes into it.
does anyone knows how I can crack the hashes ??

Quick question, why are you doing this? Also, what use is this going to have to you in the future? Purely educational?

believe it or not , but YES.
I'm now in my 3d year civil engineer and I have to make an essay about network (in)security.
and they gave me the choice to do:
a) smth practical
b) talk about the different protocols and their differences (security)
I choosed a and made a small network to do some testing.
