The people who control the issuing of domain names have the authority
to solve the problem by revoking the names of people who abuse the system.
No one needs to go to jail. If you have a misleading domain name, they
can take it away and give it to someone else.
You don't own a domain name any more than you own your house address
or phone number. It is the property of the issuing authority.
