Run an up-to-date anti-virus scan on all important and critical files, then back them up. Reinstall OS. Be very careful what sites you go to and always have current anti-virus software and firewall.

I would recommend Ad-Aware. Use that scanner first. I would imangine that your gonna find about 200 + adware. After that i would recommend Norton System Works. Use all of the norton scann features. If you still have problems then i would recommend Cheyenne1212's solution.

SpyBot does NOT contain the detection/removal tools for all scumware. This is a special one for CoolWeb variants. May not be relevant to this one, but worth knowing anyway?
