I haven't used fedora yet, but a colleague of mine sings its praises - much much faster than RH9
When I get the chance I'll perorm an upgrade and let folks know how it goes.

I knew that I'd have to go to a different distro eventually. What's really sad, as was mentioned earlier, is that Red Hat has basically turned it's corporate back on the people who made it what it is today. I knew they were going to go "corporate" eventually.
I'm switching to SuSe next week. Possibly another distro if the Novell thing screws with it. (Slackware anyone?)
I have been using redhat for over a year now. I really liked it. :(
Maybe I will migrate to SuSe.
Well, I've tried out Fedora, and it was very much like RedHat 9, just a bit more only desktopy, as Xires pointed out on Unerror IRC use of shell in RedHat Linux and Fedora is getting less and less with every release. As for Gentoo and Slackware, they are very good linux distro's, good for learning, and using! Same with SuSE Linux, I like it alot.
