IIS 500-100 ASP error..

I have a clue that it might be a virus..right now i´m making a scan..if it is its stupid cuz i have always Norton firewall and anti-virus scan alive..scanning and working at the same time with windows..if it´s a virus i dont get how it passed the barriers, has i have evrything updated..in te log file appears the same thing has before, the 500-100 error log :\

I´ll post what i came up with has soon has the anti-virus finishes making a scan..and, thanks for all the time u have spended trying and help me out :D

Check your NTFS permission on the folder you want to share. The Permission shold be

Admin (Full Control)
System (Full Control)
Everyone (Read) and Excuse if you run ASP file
IUSR_Machine and IWAM (Execute)

I'm NOT sure if those permission are the BEST one for your server (Depend what you run, asp, pure html, etc etc). Good Luck.

Grant Read and Execute rights if you need them to run the scripts......

After alot of thinking and hammering iv finaly solved this puzzle!! The problem wasant admistrative, permissions etc..etc..the stupid windows blocked the configuration ( i dont know why yet..and i dont care either cuze i dont have time to check on that ) of the IIS, with or without the firewall, i couldn´t run any VB or asp.NET, so, iv just forced windows with a few tricks to accept the default config, and then re-installed IIS ( for my surprise it worked!! ) cuze i really wasn´t expecting it to work lol, but it did!!

Thank u all for ur support and pacience, i´m most gratfull for here iv found awansers, ideias and sharing of knollege ( pardon my french.."errors" in english lol ) that i couldn´t find on any microsoft forum or database.
