even hitting refresh wont always do it cause sometimes it just refreshes from the cache again - instead hold shift and then refresh this forces your browser to refresh the page from the remote server and not just fetch it from the cache again :)

or get opera you can set a refresh rate on it so if you are watching forums for change etc it can refresh like every 30secs so you can see if there are any new posts etc

put a check next to: "every visit to the page"

You're cache may be to big, try reducing you're cache size.
