Okay, to clear the air. I am not trying to get by my father, nor do something I am not allowed. It is just incase my father is reviewing the content on my computer I don't want him seeing any of the pictures my girlfriend may send me. I can care less about him reviewing the web sites I go to, I just feel that he is looking because of an incident that happened before.

If you used the CD-ROM bootable version of Knoppix that would leave no trace on the computer IIRC. Then have them sent to a Hotmail account that you keep to yourself and daddy dearest is pretty much out of the picture.....
PS. Can we get copies...... ;)

First, check for keyloggers. Then look at your running processes and see if he has any monitoring software running on your computer.
If you have any monitoring software running, kill the processes. Most monitoring programs make a logg file in C:\ or C:\Windows or My Documents
Next, password all your accounts, this denies some physical access to your computer (should have been done in the first place) - and get a firewall, you can configure it to deny any remote access from your dad if hes getting all this from a different computer.
If your getting pics from AIM on a direct connection, look for an encryption certificate (AIM 5.2 and up can use encryption certificates), if your not using AIM 5.2 or cant get an encryption certificate, search for some freeware encryption software.
If shes giving you these pics from file transfer, there are some freeware file shredders around. Spybot S&D comes with a secure shredder. View the pics, shred them, and your done. And make sure you dont leave any traces in the "recently viewed" folder.
And for the firewall - Block all access while you are viewing your picture; If the monitor program sends log files to your dad's computer, it wont be able to when the firewall is blocking access.
