Once agian... What I have done is no different than what other members have done in the past. Infact I find it funny that the many members whom at one time may have seemed rather "harsh" compaired to what goes on now... then a year or so later these are the same peaple who complain about how rought noobies have it...

Ok we seem to be at least opening some kind of discussion. Specialist I can see where your coming from but maybe you need take time out and realise that members like Irishkid (giving us Irish a bad name tut tut) can cause other newbies to get a harsh time of senior members.
Anyway more discussion is always good.

I compleatly agree with being nice...but you gotta draw the line somewhere...thats where negs come in..
if they are post whoring ...or doing one liners...or even double posting..(shut up memory)...then you gotta flame a little bit..just to get them back in line...
but other than that..being nice is a good idea, make the newbs comfortable, to an extent.
