Your just a lonely man.
Now I have no experience whatsoever with Nortel switches, but from reading the POST reports, it seems like the NIC is screwed up. I'm sure you already know that, but can you add NIC's to a nortel switch like you can with bigger routers, and firewalls?
You might try taking the rubber part from a pencil and rubbing the corrosion off also.
If you filled the theo whole thing up with gas, and seled it off with tape then ran a fuse into there then lit it, you woudl have a hell of a fireworks display :D
Sorr I can't help you any more.

Make sure to take pictures if you use the dynamite....

Unfortunately... there is no place to add another NIC. There are expantion ports.. but they do no good if the other 24 ports are being disabled by the software. It wants a field service... I'll give it a field service. ;)
My brother seems to have used all the TNT on a construction job... but he is trying to get more.
I'll have my buddy video tape it and then I'll convert it to a mpeg or something.
I'm going to give it a couple more tries at getting it working... then BOOM! :D

Yeah we need video. For sure
If you have somewhere that you can host then I want to download it :D
If not, I can host it for you, but my upload is only at 256k.

Ok, I'm working on the needed materials. I think I'm def going to do that if I can get the right stuff. I just won't want to get switch pieces in my leg (or worse)... so I'm going to do it in the middle of a farm or some field somewhere with a hell of a long fuse.
I can put it on my school site... they have pretty good speeds. Nobody really uses it... and they have a t3 with unlimited space. :)
