if there IS going to be an "end of the world" is that a bad thing? wouldn't that mean there is a god if it happened as the bible prophesied?
There are many “signs” that the end is near but there are still a few signs missing. Along with a one world order there will be a one world religion. Hell you cant get the people in one room to agree upon religion at this point in time. It would take a fanatical religious group with a taste for stomping out non-believers and world domination to accomplish this

You realize the end has been "near" for hundreds of years now. Ultimately just like the US became one government the world has to evolve into that same concept. If it ever becomes possible to travel great distances in a few minutes or even an hour, political boundaries outside of a collective group of nations may crumble completely. Look at what instantaneous information has done to the world?
Everyone, including myself, says that will be a horrible thing. Look at the problems we encountered as a young nation and even today and then look recently at Europe. Cultures are scared to death at losing their unmistakable identities. The founding fathers of my own America took great steps to ensure states had some kind of autonomy. Even the Romans saw the need for some identity among their consumed cultures.
But I ask... is it the end of the world? Hell you could argue in the middle ages that a single religion dominated the western cultures completely. That alone is a greater sign of the apocalypse, and what if that one world religion was Christianity? How does that fare in the eyes of apocalyptic thinking?
Perhaps in the future additional planets will be colonized. Then you have 2 worlds to consider and the true meanings of items of prophecy come apart. What if you have a world government and a world religion and off in some corner of our solar system you have another? Ancient prophets didn’t know they existed. God didn’t tell them we have neighbors like Mars and Venus. Well ok I’ll be fair, the Romans knew about them but nothing about their makeup outside of their worship of mythical characters rotating in the sky above. Those who figured it all out much later had to keep it a secret or risk death by the church.
They seem to have had an issue with god coexisting in a universe that was not centered on his or her single creation. Heaven was above but “above” ceased to have meaning. It turned out to be a single direction to infinity.

GO TO lucistrust.org they work with the united nations they are the prime organization promoting the "new world religon" in which the whole world will worship Lucifer as the false second coming of christ, bhudda, shiva, jewidh messiah.
