Hi, i'm back.
It looks as if your DVD RW drive is either defective or incompatible. I would suggest that you e-mail the above (the phone number is America!) and check that the specifications/make of your drive are OK.Quote:

You might also contact the drive maker's technical support and ask if it supports DVD R plus and DVD R minus...............use words not mathematical symbols. It MUST support one of these if it is to work with the X Copy program.
The technical specifications are not clear from the link that you gave due to the confusion between a dash and a minus sign. Your drive does not support DVD RW (re-write) plus or minus rormats, but I cannot determine DVD R (record) plus or minus. Perhaps you will have clearer information on the box or in the manual?
Also, you do not say which version of DVD X COPY you have..........XPRESS/GOLD/PLATINUM?
