What browser are you using?
Just find a proxie/proxy IP you want and put the IP in your browser field beside HTTP and then put the port number that came with the proxie/proxy
Example: http 200.204.217 port #8080
Then apply or hit ok then go to google.com and it should show it in spanish
Or you can check to make sure it worked by going to www.IPchicken.com
http://www.publicproxyservers.com/page1.html I like to use the ones from Brazil
