Please do not be confused, we are actually getting results :D
I am now almost certain that you have a videocard problem!
If your machine will run for 1-2 days without problems, I do not believe that it is the power supply, motherboard or memory. They are all good quality anyway?
When you load your system with a graphics intensive application such as a game or graphics benchmark you get the problem?
That indicates a graphics card problem to me. The usual causes are:
1. Graphics drivers out of date/incompatible (that can be an issue with XP in particular).
2. Lack of resource.
3. Graphics card overheating.
The first thing that I would do is download the latest drivers from your Card manufacturer's site.
Make sure that your graphics card has an onboard fan, and that it is running properly. If it hasnn't got one then you can buy then sererately. I allways do that, particularly for a machine that is going to be used for games
Try adding another 256Mb or 512 Mb of RAM. In my opinion 256Mb is a minimum amount for Windows XP. OK for e-mail, typing letters and stuff. Serious apps like games & design packages require far more.
Make sure you do all this with your processor and CPU set to normal DO NOT overclock until we have a stable system. Then do it in SMALL increments, checking the stability each time.
Cheers

Let say if i didn't overclock, my graphic card will get over heat too while gaming or branchmark?
My graphic card have a onboard fan (thermaltake Ord).... around five fan in the chassis...
Graphic driver is the latest from Nvidia home page.
Have DDR 2700 X 2 on the motherboard, do i still need to add on let say another 256 or 512 you're saying? :)

I would set your graphics card to its standard (factory) performance setting, that should stop it overheating whatever you are running. I think that you might have overclocked it too much.
I would certainly add more memory. Make sure that the largest module is in slot #0 (usually closest to the processor) If you are a game player 512Mb would be better.
If you really want to overclock your video card I think that you will need to improve the cooling by putting a more efficient fan and heatsink on it, same principle as overclocking a processor really.

Can i know what is the highest speed for XP2600+ TB it can go?
As for what i know, my system FSB is at 166, Core 12.5/13.
what is the default setting for my system, i mean for XP2600+ TB with MSI KT400AV?
Maybe i will consider going into liquid cooling or getting better graphic card and another RAM...

I do not like to recommend overclocking, as it is easy to make a mistake and there are a lot of variables. Also, unless you have very old equipment the % improvement is generally not worth the effort.
I would recommend going to an overclockers website (I believe there is one called overclockers.com) and asking the question there.
The settings you mention look OK to me, but check your motherboard and processor manuals, or the manufacturer's website, for your location. I do not want to comment any more than that as you appear to live in a tropical country and the specifications might be different from England due to the climate.
I am not sure why you have been overclocking, but suspect that you have not been happy with the games performance?
You will need to see how much PC2700 RAM your machine will support It might only be 512Mb, in which case, that is what I would install. Otherwise as much as you like up to the maximum for that motherboard, but I do not think you will see any significant improvement in performance by having more than 1024Mb.
Games tend to need two things:
1. Video card speed/memory
2. RAM
As your processor runs at over 2Ghz (true speed) it should be perfectly adequate.
CONCLUSIONS:
Increase the RAM, and if that does not solve your performance requirements, get a better video card (check that it is compatible with the motherboard)
Cheers

Ok thank a lot for your help...... if anything comes up great, i'll keep you inform.....
same to the rest who reply my msg...... Thankz again....
:D

you should try that site i put there in a first reply amd support processor info .you will get everything there just copy and paste it.
agree with nihil 256 ram is just enough just to run xp- playing games no way .
in a future i would buy (personally)asus motherboard to go along with xp2600.they are no1mobo in the world.and perfect marriege with athlons.
was curious what graphic card u have i dont think you mention it here???
try to download aida 32 nice little thing to tell you everything about your computer-even graphic and memory benchmarks.google it to find site .good luck

Thankz unvi$ible....My graphic card is Nvidia FX5200.... mention in the first post msg. Thankz...... :fish:

I had someone come in the other day with a very very simalar problem, strangley enough he also had a Nv FX5200, After trying a few things i narrowed it down to his G/C, after a proper look at the fan set up on it, i can tell you they are pretty crap!
Try to see if you can get a better fan and heatsink for it, (and use some thermal compound!!)
I didnt have a problem with this system after upgrading the fan!
IMO Nvidia have always used very poor quality fans/heatsinks on the vast majority of the cards, I make it a common practise to change then when ever I build a machine for someone who wants a Nvidia Graphics Card!

Hi nokia, thankz for your comment. I have the intention to change off the G/C and go into water cooling to make it cooler..... :D
