Well I hadn't even noticed the scroll-bar styles on here, Firefox protects me from such bad practice.
Let's say for example I did use IE and I had found a skin for my whole OS, such as Cha Ninja or Zippo. When I'm using IE, IE would also be skinned, however if I navigated to AntiOnline with it's scroll-bar styles, the scroll-bars on MY browser would be taken over and no longer look the same and therefore not fit in properly with the skin.
As it turns out I kind of like the default XP skin, so if I were to use IE to view AntiOnline the scroll-bars would not just change colour they would change style, the arrows are a different shape and I don't think that the scroll bar is as wide. Currently MY scroll-bars are a nice soft blue colour with rounded borders, not a solid block of colour that the scroll-bar styles force onto unsuspecting IE victims.
