If I got upset every time someone got my handel wrong that would be all I'd be posting.
As for the main topic of this thread I am the type of guy who starts by beliveing people are being honest. Everything he said in this and his other postes is consistant. So if he is trolling or trying to social engineer he is a lot smarter than average.
As for having the job he got it more than likely by going through an interview. In that case he convinced them that he was the best person present for the job. Jason1977 knows he has things he has to improve on, from what I can tell he has stress related problems with exams but has no real problems with learning what he needs to know.
For me the most important thing is to be able to use the information you have and find what you dont have.
Another very important skill in any domain is communication, I think you need to work on yours. Ill check your profile and apologise if I am wrong but at a guess I would say you are about 20 and just finishing University.
edit just checked not far off on the age but may be wrong on the just finishing university

Have to disagree with you on this one as I have a friend who done just what you said he couldnt. I will grant that it was a couple of years back.Quote:

Sorry it has taking me a fair while to finish this post I havent left the office since 8 o clock yesterday morning.
Jason I would suggest a couple of in house training courses. They normally dont have an exam at the end but you do get a cert saying you followed the course.
