Hmm, if true about this guy being the only one denied a wire tap. That could speak words to all the conspiracy guys out there. Perhaps someone knew certain people in the administration would apear on tape. Who knows, just thought I would toss that out. ;)

Hmm, bottom line is tapes are missing and this guy could very well have gotten away with it and let the "cat out of the bag" He's like O.J. Simpson.
Overduespy after reading your links (the second one didnt work for me ) it sounds more like he was working with the CIA. He was being investigated for nearly 20 years by the DOE and the FBI and they still couldnt get a conviction. Either he was a very good spy or the keystones cops were brought out of retirement to run the investigation or there was a lot more going on behind the scences than is shown in the public documents.
roadclosed if it took that long to investigate him then he did let the cat out of the bag.
