I use my AOL e-mail because i can access it right away ! But for messaging and internet i use AIM and Mozilla or whatever i feel like ! I am a deep hater of AOHELL :)
When i signed on now, they asked me to create a security question, dunno if the "sold 92 million account" case has something to do with it .!
Make sure it's something really secure, like "What country are you from?"
;)
Wow, this guy's forums are up in flames currently. You should read some of this stuff, hehe...
This article seems to carry the most threat, IMHO:
This guy sounds like he's got a serious issue at hand, hehe. Reminds me of when Susan Smith in Union, SC killed her two kids by putting them in the station wagon, rolling it into a lake where they drowned, and then tried to blame it on a black man saying he stole it. Union SC WANTED her to be set free...they WANTED to know when that bus would drop her back off at home...because before the bus even got around the bend, she'd have been torn apart. Machiavelli, anyone?Quote:
You know who this is. Think about it a minute, you'll know.
Thanks a lot. Thanks for ****ing us all over while the whole time you're smiling in the office and playing the nice guy. Thanks for heaping one more heaping spoonful of **** on the pile we've been trying to dig ourselves out from under.
I can't believe you did this to the people you worked beside day in and day out. People who WORK THEIR ASSES OFF trying to make our lives and our product better. How many times did I help you when you were stuck with a script or some other task? Huh? How many times did I stop work in the middle of the day and sit down with you to sift through a pile of data to figure out a problem?
Damn, you and your wife even came to my Christmas party.
You betrayed us all. When you get free, don't come home...because I've got a long ****ing memory and I'll make your cellmate Rufus look like a pussycat.
Hmm...
This is interesting in another light besides the fact that he sold the lists.
The guy was fired before he was proven guilty. AOL can be sued for that, by him. It violates his rights. Until he is convicted he can't be punished in anyway for this.
Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty. Sure the guy probably did it, but damn.
You know who I feel sad for? The guy that works at AOL that will get fired for this that has nothing to do with it. The guy that is really low on the Totum pole. That AOL is going to "LAYOFF" because they need to save money, because of all the law suits they are going to get for this one.
I think he was fired just because of his actions. He didn't have access to that list, and used someone else's ID to gain access. I think they just said he was fired as charges were filed to put things into time perspective.
Wow, his website is suddenly extremely popular today.
On another note, IIRC, PHPNuke requires copyright messages in the footer. Unless of course he purchased a license to remove that stuff...Quote:

Am I the only person that noticed his site's clock and date are off.
I just noticed it, a little ago.
I wonder if someone took a hit at his site.
Anyone know if he hosts it?
That wasn't me  :)
