i think the easiest way to get somone's ip is to use netstat command... f2b u said to use -r...i use -n but it just depends on each individual...if ur going to use CMD to find people's ips then get to know ur basic IPs first so when lookin for someone's ip u will know which one it is...also try not to have many connections open like emails well thats port 25 so thats no big deal but also stuff like online games and p2p programs, if ur looking for somone's ip on AIM then remember u must be directly connected to the user and look for IP's on port 5190 or whatever ur port for AIM is set...
