screw what steam says...the only thing they know how to do is screw up with the updates. Uninstall 1.5, download the 500kb file, register your CD key, sign in with your username and password, right click on CS under "games" and click install and then BAM, jump on our server and get your ass kicked.
/cybrid has a lot of "steam" built up after the last couple of Steam updates screwing up our server. ;) I never uninstalled 1.5 though. I ust thought it updated it.Quote:

nah...1.5 is pretty much taking up space and collecting dust. The files required are downloaded into a different folder, thats why you have a Sierra folder, and a Steam/Valve folder.
I've got a 6 hour download ahead of me
