I have a new guy who thinks that we should do whatever he wants.
Like... disable the long distance codes on the phone because he doesn't want to dial an extra 4 digits... It supposedly "wastes his time" and I should disable it for him.

Like... get him the software that he wants and make everyone else switch to something he knows... just because he doesn't like the way it looks.

When the phone rings, he shouldn't have to ask the person for information... it should automatically bring up all the customer info... because him asking for info from a customer is wasting his time...
