Cost for that stuff is around ~$600 or so.

Also, for HDD's, if you have the $$$, you can look at the 36GB or 74GB Raptors by Western Digital. These disks run at 10k RPM, and are the fastest SATA drives you can get right now. A good SCSI drive & controller will beat it pretty well, but for most consumer computers this is the fastest choice. You would also need a slower bigger drive to get the rest of your 160GB though. But installing the OS on the Raptor would speed up loading a lot.
