Even you find her, what you will do? kill? beat? blackmail? marry?
Go to the court. Maybe you can get her (on court) thru her relatives...

First thinking - then writing! Of course I want to go to the justice but this isn´t possible until I found her... And "hunting" her on the internet with a few searches and discussions on forums isn´t really expensive too!
I tried to get to her relatives thats why I searched for her maiden name (or Mädchenname), but I don´t know where they are living in Germany... Thats why I´m now trying to find out the place of birth or somethin. This way I hope 2 find relatives, and with the relatives and my LAWYER (and not a gun, a killer or a kidnapping-commando as some people here were thinkin..) I hope 2 get the money.
Again, I highly suggest looking into private investigators in your area.

Id suggest you change the tone of your replys kingz, everyone who has replyed to your thread has done so to try and help YOU.
If you dont like the replies you get, dont come to a computer security web site and ask how do you track someone who is in Japan, in a forum titled Newbie Security Questions.
As for what can a private investigator do that you cant do - well I dont see many PI's coming to a computer web site asking for advice, so obviously they can do a lot more than you can.

But you could go and try to get someone experienced in the field to do the work..
Would save you a lot of time (and time = money)..
Drop your case at a dept collecting agency (in Dutch: incasso bureau). They'll take away all the hassle and collect the money for you.Quote:

I believe many of them "buy" the debt off you at a rate that reflects their potential for a successful collection. Thus if the debt is $1000 and the person is your neighbor you might get $800 for it. If the debt is $1000 and the person has run off to Japan from Germany you might get $400 and they will subsequently sell that debt to a Japanese collection Agency for $600.Quote:

At least, that's how I understand how international debt collection works.
You may have a point here but you'll get part of your money back atleast.
I've dealt with dept collectors before but I was usually on the wrong side so to speak ;)
But what if he can trace her all the way back to japan?
How much money will it cost him to get her to pay?
How much will all the time and effort cost?
With a dept collecting agency you can get some sleep knowing you'll get some of it back :D
