If you know for sure what the second on is and that it is safe you can leave it in. Other than that your box looks pretty clean - Congratulations.....
One final note Melissa..... When you create a nickname to hide your identity when you join a forum take care when you upload files from your computer.....
C:\Documents and Settings\Melissa\My Documents\HijackThis.exe...... ;)

HijackThis will make a log and show you whats running on your box, if u see something out of the norm, ask about it then if u need to delete it.
